Hello! Welcome beautiful soul!
Thanks for being here!
I'm Michelle, a Women's Empowerment Coach & Registered Dietitian passionate about women living life in alignment with their truth, spirituality, and health & wellness. I help women & young girls connect with their inner power and learn how to nourish their body, mind, and soul, so they can be nourished & free!
I deeply believe that things like eating well, having a healthy, neutral relationship with food, yourself and your body are not only possible, but are even empowering.
Through virtual coaching, courses, and workshops, I help women overcome the struggles around being their authentic self and fueling their body, mind, and soul.
I pair the simple science like, the nutrition basics, with the inner work like mindfulness and self-connection to facilitate transformations that last a lifetime.
Michelle graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, Meredith College for the Dietetic Internship, Logan University with a Master of Science in Nutrition & Human Performance, & World Instructor Training School for Personal Training. Nutrition & Self-Connection Coaching
Improving your health, your eating habits, your relationship with food, and your body can feel like an overwhelming feat.
With so much information out there, so much noise, opinions & diets to sift through, it's nearly impossible to not feel a sense of panic or overwhelm when deciding where to start with your nutrition & health journey.
This is why having a knowledgable expert in nutrition to assist and guide you on your journey is so valuable.
Rest assured when you put your trust in Michelle as your nutrition guide & empowerment coach, that you will be given the tools, accountability, & support specific to your personal needs & lifestyle to help you succeed in improving your nutrition, health & self.
You may have tried diets or improving your nutrition & health on your own before, only to find yourself depleted and more frustrated than before you started. Likely, these approaches lacked the aspects you truly needed- an all foods fit approach, sound science, accountability, & most importantly, connection to your inner self.
Nutrition isn't black or white, nor should it ever feel like a means to an end or a soul-sucking, shamed-induced journey.
Eating healthfully, healing your relationship with food, losing or gaining weight, can all be achieved in a positive empowered way.
